New Families Check in
On your first visit to NWC, visit us at Jubilee Junction. It's located at the north end of the foyer and there's always a friendly face to greet you, sign you in, walk to you to your child(s) classroom, and answer any questions you have.
Creation Station
Weekend classrooms -- Ages Birth - 4 years old
Each week we prepare a fun and safe classroom experience for
our little ones (birth to 4 years old). In addition to Bible lessons and
singing, we have time for playing, crafts and snacks. Before you go to
the weekend service, just bring your children to their classroom where
the teachers and parent helpers are ready to get the fun moving.
Sonshine Street
Weekend Kids' Church -- Grades K-5
After the first couple of songs in the sanctuary with the adults, we pray for our kids and then release them to the gym, where
all the fun and learning begin. During our weekend services we bring our children (age 5 through fifth grade), together for their own church service (instead of separating them into graded Sunday school rooms). As they participate in this fast-paced program, our boys and girls begin to recognize the important role they play in the body of Christ and can develop a strong sense of self-worth.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is my child considered sick?
When your child has any of the following symptoms, you should keep him or her home: temperature of 100 or higher; cold symptoms; diarrhea or vomiting within the last 24 hours; symptoms of Conjunctivitis; any contagious skin condition.
Where do I sign in my children? And why?
Elementary-age children are signed in at Jubilee Junction (at the north end of the foyer). Our sign-in/sign-out system is one way we create a safe classroom environment. To avoid any confusion, and to keep the children as secure as possible, we require that the person who brings the child to class be the one to pick up him or her.
When does my child move to the next age level or class?
Preschool children move to the next level on their birthday. Elementary age children graduate to their anticipated grade in June.
